We are Ulrike and Robert and a few years ago we decided to start with something completely new and different for the second half of our live. Being a nursery teacher and treasurer for decades we have started to realize our joint dream we had for many years, i.e. taking care of our guests with great creativity and warmhearted hospitality.
Sustainability means a lot to us. For instance we offer self-made or regional products in case you chose our B&B service, you may charge your electric vehicle or e-bikes (for fire protection reasons not within your appartement) with our self produced solar-power.
You may wonder why our place is called Leuchtturm (lighthouse)-Fleesensee. It is because Robert's dream always has been to run a B&B in a lighthouse - unfortunately this is not possible in Germany and not so easy in the rest of the world. But we try to life our maritime dream as much as we can you will for sure realize that once you pass our gate.
